In Cobee by Pluxee, employee consumption data can be queried at any time. This data is typically structured around monthly cycles, either past or currently active at the time of the request. There are two key moments when consumption data must be retrieved for payroll processing:

Post-Termination Consumption

Once an employee is permanently deactivated, their consumption for the last active cycle must be retrieved in order to incorporate the corresponding amounts into their severance. It is recommended to first deactivate the employee and then fetch the consumption data to ensure all values are final.

Post-Cycle Closure Consumption

Each payroll cycle involves a monthly closing to reset fiscal limits for each available benefit. The payroll cycle closing date is defined by the admin in the platform and can be adjusted monthly, although changes are rare and discouraged. To retrieve consumption data for a closed monthly cycle, a request must be made per employee, as detailed in the API reference.
